Privacy Policy

We ensure that our customers' privacy is fully respected and that their personal data is protected.

We process the personal data provided to us by the Customers in a manner consistent with the scope of the permission granted by the Customers and the legal requirements, in particular in accordance with Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended). We store customers' personal data on servers which ensure their full security. Only authorised employees of the Store have access to the database.

Each Customer who has provided us with their personal data has full access to their data for the purpose of verifying it, modifying it or demanding its deletion.

The shop does not pass on, sell or lend collected customer personal data to third parties, except with the express consent or at the request of the customer or at the request of legally authorised state bodies in connection with ongoing proceedings.

Our Shop also makes use of so-called cookies. These files are stored on the Customer's computer by our server and provide statistical data about the Customer's activity in order to adjust our offer to the Customer's individual needs and tastes. The Customer can disable the option to accept cookies in his/her web browser at any time, although he/she must be aware that in some cases disabling these files may make it more difficult to use the offer of our Store. The cookies files stored on the Customer's computer store information on:

• User sessions,
• Recently viewed products,
• votes cast in surveys.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if we include links on our Store's website that lead to other websites not administered by us, we cannot be held responsible either for the content of those sites or for the degree of privacy protection implemented by the administrators of those sites. When you decide to go to such sites, you do so at your own risk. We encourage you, by the way, to read the privacy policies implemented by these sites before the Customer provides his/her personal data to them.

Any questions, requests and suggestions relating to the protection of your privacy, in particular your personal data, should be submitted to the address of the Seller's registered office, by e-mail or by telephone.
